Ciambellone soffice al cacao

Il ciambellone soffice al cacao è una delle ricette più classiche e conosciute al mondo. Bastano davvero pochi ingredienti e poco tempo per una colazione o una merenda deliziosa. Morbido e umido al punto giusto da inzuppare nel latte, nel tè o da mangiare semplicemente così a morsi. Per ottenere un ciambellone davvero soffice occorre bilanciare perfettamente gli ingredienti. Un grazie speciale per questa sua ricetta alla mia amica Anna che la prepara con amore per tutta la sua famiglia.

Che dire poi del profumo inebriante che avvolgerà tutta la casa? Sarà una prova di resistenza tirarlo fuori dal forno, aspettare che si raffreddi, toglierlo dalla tortiera, cospargerlo di zucchero a velo e finalmente tagliarlo a fette e gustarlo.

Procedimento di preparazione 

  • in un ampio recipiente montare le uova (a temperatura ambiente) con lo zucchero semolato e un pizzico di sale
  • usare la frusta elettrica e lavorare il composto per alcuni minuti finché non si ottiene una crema chiara e gonfia

  • abbassare la velocità della frusta e versare gradualmente l’olio di semi e il latte
  • aggiungere il cacao amaro setacciato
  • aggiungere anche la farina e la bustina di lievito sempre setacciati
  • amalgamare bene tutti gli ingredienti con la frusta

  • imburrare e infarinare una teglia per il ciambellone
  • versare l’impasto e muovere leggermente la tortiera per livellare il tutto
  • infornare nel forno già caldo a 180 gradi e cuocerlo per circa 30-35 minuti. Prima di sfornare fare sempre la verifica dello stecchino per vedere se è cotto completamente
  • lasciarlo freddare prima di toglierlo dalla tortiera, spolverizzare di zucchero a velo, tagliare a fette e servire
