Ingredienti

  • 180 g burro morbido
  • 180 g zucchero di canna
  • 3 uova medie a temperatura ambiente
  • 250 g mousse 100% di mela
  • 300 g farina di mandorle
  • 250 g farina 00
  • 1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci
  • 1 pizzico di sale
  • 2 – 3 mele renette
  • nocciole qb per decorare
  • miele qb

Se fare una torta di mele sembra banale provate questa ricetta con “effetti” davvero speciali 🙂 ! Speciale per gli ingredienti aggiunti: nocciole, farina di mandorle e miele…ma speciale soprattutto per il gusto morbido e irresistibile. Portarla in tavola vi assicurerĂ  l’effetto WOW conquistando il vostri ospiti al primo morso.

Ho usato come tortiera la mia placca da forno per ottenere il risultato che volevo: basso e rettangolare ma, voi potete tranquillamente scegliere un diverso formato.

Procedimento di preparazione

  • con una frusta elettrica lavorare il burro morbido con lo zucchero
  • aggiungere le uova intere e montare finchĂ© non si ottiene una morbida crema
  • aggiungere la mousse 100 % di mela (è un prodotto confezionato che si trova nei supermercati) e mescolare bene tutti gli ingredienti

  • unire al composto la farina di mandorle o chi vuole può tranquillamente sostituirla con la farina di nocciole
  • aggiungere la farina 00 setacciata e un cucchiaino di lievito per dolci

  • foderare con carta forno una teglia da 30 x 33 cm
  • versare l’impasto e distribuirlo in modo omogeneo livellandolo
  • lavare e tagliare a fettine sottili le mele. Distribuirle a piacimento sull’impasto

  • decorare la superficie con le nocciole alcune intere e altre tagliate grossolanamente
  • spolverare con lo zucchero di canna e infornare in forno giĂ  caldo a 180 gradi per circa 30 minuti
  • una volta cotta la torta … per un tocco in piĂą spennellare la superficie con del miele
