Ci sono, a volte, giornate senza nessuna idea su cosa preparare da mangiare. Apro la dispensa, guardo in frigo ed ecco l’idea: focaccia ripiena in padella, velocissima e senza lievito. Servono davvero pochissimi ingredienti e pochissimo tempo ma il risultato è davvero gustosissimo. Una fetta calda di focaccia con il formaggio filante e il morbido ripieno di patate. Ottima anche come idea per un antipasto o un aperitivo fatto in casa e in compagnia. Da tagliare e servire rigorosamente calda per assaporarla in tutta la sua bontà. La particolarità di questa focaccia è che può essere riempita con gli avanzi del frigo evitando così gli sprechi. Inoltre, non usando il lievito, non è necessario una lunga attesa.
