Il French Toast è conosciuto in tutto il mondo, con diversi nomi, ma il succo è sempre lo stesso: pane immerso in un composto di uova e latte e poi cotto in padella. Mi ricordo che da bambina, mia nonna e mia mamma, mi preparavano questa bontà per la merenda oppure per la colazione del weekend. Lo facevano soprattutto la domenica quando ci si poteva rilassare e fare tutto con calma. Il French Toast è una vera golosità facile, veloce e molto versatile perché è possibile accompagnarlo con quello che più ci piace: frutta fresca, nutella, miele, sciroppo d’acero, frutta secca ecc. Farà la gioia dei bambini ma anche i grandi ne saranno conquistati.
