Volevo che fosse, senza intenzione spregiativa, “campagnolo”, piacevolmente semplice, nei suoi ingredienti ma gustoso e vivace. Beh! Per l’aspetto ci sono riuscita ma il risultato finale mi ha sorpreso! Potrei dirlo anche raffinato o più semplicemente delicato. La dolcezza dei peperoni “spegne” i sapori forti del tonno, la morbidezza del formaggio (che si amalgama bene con il riso) li rende cremosi, le olive e i pomodorini danno quel pizzico di croccantezza che non guasta mai.
